# A pre-upload checklist for an AI cover of your own demo

- **Format.** MP3, WAV, M4A or OGG.
- **Size and length.** Up to 50MB and 8 minutes per file.
- **Source quality.** Phone recordings, rough home demos and hummed demos are accepted; results vary.
- **Rights.** Upload songs you wrote, recorded or may use. Uploads matching a known recording can be blocked.
- **Output.** The download is MP3; vocal separation and WAV export are separate, later steps.
- **Use.** Commercial use needs Business-level access; other plans are personal use, and a cover does not give rights in the original song.
