Unit and Rounding Sanity Check

A cut plan can fail even when the layout is efficient. Before cutting:

1. Confirm millimetres versus inches.
2. Record dimensions at the precision your tools can reproduce.
3. Do not round kerf to zero.
4. Add any required trim or finishing allowance explicitly.
5. Compare the sum of repeated part widths with the stock width.
6. Re-check one printed dimension against the project drawing.
