  • Half-baked features ("coming soon" decays trust)

  1. Twitter / X — main funnel
  2. HN — Show HN at v6 launch
  3. Manifesto post — long-form for the standard-setting narrative
  4. Founder's Discord — small ops community

Cadence

  • 2 short tweets/week minimum
  • 1 long-form post/month
  • Show HN once at launch, then quarterly
